Our little flock is doing great... I was able to trade 2 good friends some quail to get 1 black bantam cochin/Americana/deulle/silkie cross hen, and another friend I bought a BLR Wyandotte hen, a Delaware hen and then a Delaware cross hen from... The Bantam came with some eggs that we finished hatching out for her so we also have 4 adorable bantam chicks in our brooder with a Light Brahma hen... they will be moved to their own coop when they are feathered out...
I'm currently feeding commercial feed, but I'm researching about natural feeds and fodder, and mixing my own feed so I'm hopping here soon all of my poultry will be naturally fed.
